Is this week over yet?

Ok so apparently on a daily basis there is going to be new drama with the bus-drop-off-get-out-my car morning routine. Just shoot me. Today we watched the bus go by before I could turn and drop him off... check your watch dear it arrives at 7:45 AM each morning if we leave the house about 10 minutes earlier we will NEVER EVER have to do the same stupid thing we did today... chase the bus. Yes you heard me chase the freaking bus

There is another stop before he hits the interstate... I floor it to the bus which stopped to pick up people who wear their watches... then hubby races out and has to run (literally) to catch THAT bus. Did I mention there will be another one in about 15 minutes? I have had enough of this - or maybe not or I would have nothing to talk about.

Ok so I now know I've got about a month to find a new job. Did I mention how much I hate interviewing? As my afternoon meeting has been postponed until next week; its back to resume and searching I feel so under qualified for anything. And would it kill someone to get me a poly so I can work in MD? Of course if I got into Biology it would be a cake walk to work in Biotech in MD... but ick.

I did manage to get all my stuff mailed last night and from the big post office so it's on it's way quick like a bunny or as fast as the postal service does it.... Not fair all my stuff has made it without issues and frankly when I have to go to the post office it's not the workers who are the problem it's the people who walk in with a soggy box, no tape, no address and need to send it to some exotic land like Kansas. Of course there was that one morning when there were only 3 people in line and 2 of the 3 postal workers left their station for 15 minutes (the line didn't move thanks to another exotic Kansas mailing) and when they finally returned the line was out the door. I like that machine, no muss no fuss, hit the button on the screen give me my postage and off I go. But then again I miss the grunt-greeting of a human being now and again.

Oh Steelers Training Camp start tomorrow!!! Sing it with me now... "and we're climbing on the stairway to 7...." (7 Superbowls that is!)
