Mondays...

Are generally not my favorite day of the week, and this one hasn't added to the collection. First thanks to the screw up at the doctor's on Friday - I had to go back today - me and everyone else... yeesh. I felt bad for the folks behind the desk, to have "Walk ins" first thing on a Monday which then backs up everyone else - doesn't make their lives easier - AND to have the twit who is doing the blood draws tick off 2 people who have been sitting and waiting and she takes the guy who just walked in the door.... not cool.

Then she takes the guy who walked in before me, groovy - then I begin to wonder what is he doing back there? Exactly how much blood does your test need son? At some point you're not going to make the meeting due to blood loss. Well finally I get called back to see idiot man who hasn't taken a drink of water in 12 plus hours get all pasty and faint-y while I set out there cooling my jets. Idiot man. Suck it up don't watch and move on!

SO! An HOUR after I signed in I was done - the actual blood "donation" took all of... 4 minutes start to finish. I know. Plus she bruised me... idiot woman.

Ran to the bank finally got the girl's group check book back and found all sorts of things tucked in there including 2 checks and 50 bucks cash! so I got that into the bank, and updated the check book double checked all the addition and subtraction only to discover we have NO money left and we need an infusion FAST. Ah well - this too shall pass....

Bubba is still in a permanent snit - but now he's having them from 3000 miles away so that isn't so bad. ;-) This week is also no cooking, the house will be cleaned Tuesday and all is right in my world. Doesn't take much does it?

I still need a manicure - but will make time this week. I'm desperate.
