And it's a Monday... all day

As I did take a nip of night time cold meds they apparently kicked in about 6:30 AM this morning... and as I was still zzz at 8:00 Am - to say I was rushed to get out the door would be an understatement. However, I did managed to yes- shower and dress - in addition I put dinner in the crock pot. I had everything ready to go just tossed it all together add juice turned it on (I hope) and headed into work... we'll see what is what when I get home...

Now off on a side track, I have planned dinners all week - I went shopping for said dinners, I had meat browned for stew tonight, all my veggies chopped and ready all I had to do it toss it all together this morning. Now there are a lot of moving parts to dinners for the week - they are all in the fridge. Bubba opened the fridge and demanded to know "what is all this @#$% in this fridge?" I looked at him and said dinner. "for who?" I shook my head - did you not go shopping with me today? (he did) And yet still he was cranky - who gets cranky because things are planned and the fridge is full? Seriously? DO you cook it? DO you have to deal with it? What the heck are you looking for? If that fridge was empty I could still find something in that fridge faster than you could!!!

And I wonder why I nipped at the cold meds so early last night... makes your head hurt doesn't it?

Of course traffic was miserable all the way in - and apparently I wasn't the only one who noticed it seemed to be a bit more than usual today... go figure.

Boss is in town - we don't know why but he's trapped with others in the conference room, he's bringing others into the conference room-proposal-vortex-black-hole we can only hope to return in tact...

Now I've got a meeting, stuff to finish, and no desire to do any of it. Back to wanting that nap... can't do Starbucks again I will need to get to sleep tonight.

Sports Radio has been interesting today - ain't no body happy. Hey lose 4 in a row you could have and should have won - don't expect sympathy and nice words. We're fans, we're ticked and it ain't going to get any better. That's why you're paid the big bucks to deal with us. Get used to it.

Oh - and Cleveland brownies Thursday night - oh yeah this should be fun. I should start medicating now. Back to work... or something.
