Here we are finally late Friday afternoon... testing - is FINALLY done. We had a major system puke, and had the guy running the test had known how to properly kill the demon operating system we wouldn't have wasted a good 2 hours this afternoon wondering what the heck was filling up a VERY large hard drive. ...
Thankfully we had a gal who know how to put a wooden stake into the heart of said demon operating system, and once killed completed, restarted within it's cage, we restarted the software and ran the LAST test we had to finish.
That's right boys and girls Aunt Ing got down to the last step, of the last test procedure and then (brawwwrrfff) -- fun fun fun ensued... then kill, restart, re-run...ahhh but it's 5:20 Friday afternoon - another 2 hours past when I was supposed to be heading home.
Of course I won't mention that I was here at 8AM the tester guy managed to stroll in at 8:45! Butthead... then he had to leave early because he had furniture being delivered... of course then I discovered that I am faster at the copy paste stuff than the guy doing it - so lesson learned there - I will run things next time... we'll be done in half the freaking time.
Oh and more good news? Bubba is jetting his way home - yeah more commentary on what I don't have done this week. Really have to figure out how to smother him while making it look like an accident. And probably not post it on a public blog would be step number one.
Yeah well. Shelby would miss him - until she remembers she gets to share the pillow with Mommy...
All right I'm off to surf the web and kill some time waiting for final check in... then I'm going to have a large glass of wine.... a LARGE glass of wine (or maybe just 2 normal size ones eh?)
