Well haven't the stars just aligned?

And since it's daylight - we'll just say they did it some time before dawn and let it go with that shall we? Because I KNOW some of you nit-pickers out there will say "But you posted during the day.. what stars..." And we're off...

Saturday - ah Saturday - in which I am not working not sitting hunched over a keyboard staring at the screen full of letters and numbers looking for that one single line that tells me - "yes - yes I did what I was supposed to do" That was all day Thursday and Friday.

Today - I was up before I wanted to be, got the car's oil changed, got a clean bill of health on the rest of the vehicle, popped into Wal-Mart for the latest Nora Robert's installment, paid with my work provided gift card, popped home, made myself and egg and some grits - enjoyed them with the paper...

Then it awakened and I heard... "BOO-BOO!!" *sigh*. It was up.

On the up side he was in a good mood, showered and came downstairs and gave Shelby her shot... so I didn't have to do it... yeah! Of course I offered twice, why make Bubba the bad guy in the pup's eyes... But it was over and done with - and forgotten about the time he rattled the treat bag.

I have paid the bills, contacted large nameless phone company about my Cybil Internet access - (it's up it's down its up its down) .. and there is basically no rhyme or reason for it. Oh - and did I mention the kitchen is clean - AND Bubba got a breakfast sandwich made for him before he left for his massage? I mean does the man have it good or what? Of course now he's out mowing the lawn and I frankly consider that - justice. ;-)

He wants to go see Iron Man today - and he's hinting he wants to go downtown... we'll see how far that goes when he's done with the lawn... I don't care either way I have just been warned not to point out the real life felonies committed by the defense contractor to the government official. Apparently that was a boo-boo when I did it in the last movie. I will refrain this time.

And finally Pens play tonight... 'nuf said.... OK well I am off to enjoy a brief moment of relaxation before Bubba decides I look too peaceful and tries to find something for me to do...
