Oh sure it looks all pretty....

This lovely scene was snapped this morning with Shelby off her leash under the lovely "stuff" covered tree awwww isn't that just soo nice? Yeah yeah yeah - in the back yard.

Front of the house has the sidewalk and the driveway and that has to be moved from point A to point B. And I did. It wasn't bad, about 4-6 inches depending upon where the pavement was in relation to a tree... now the nice warm sun is melting all that and plopping it down onto my nice clean driveway and side walk. One final comment about the weather... major storm heading up from Texas expected Friday night - AND another "event" possible for next Tuesday. Just shoot me now. ENOUGH!! UNCLE!! I GIVE!!! I'LL TALK JACK BAUER!! OK perhaps that last one was a bit much but sheesh and enough already... I mean the weather man said last night, that the Washington DC area has had more snow as of 2/2/2010 than we have had for the last THREE years combined. Seriously? Like we didn't already know that?

Now on an up note, its Wednesday and I didn't have to drive into work and according to my email neither did anyone else who lives more then 5 miles from the office. Can't blame them. I had a doctor appointment this AM, my hand and wrist have been killing me morning noon and night, I got some hyped up Advil and a wrist brace, and the number to a guy who most likely will want to cut me open... we'll hang on to that number for a bit. Actually I've got to give the brace thing a couple of weeks, and wear it as much as possible... oh yeah its a fashion statement. Of course after all those tests with the Medical Student (also known as "hey you almost a doctor) my wrist is killing me worse than when I went in... thanks Doc. Sheesh.

Bubba called from the West Coast, butthead, for the next 2 weeks - so he not only misses this mess but also the next 2 that are threatening to come our way... but the neighbor lady had a great idea for payback... when the yard work comes due... I shoveled "stuff" upon "stuff" you go rake leaves - I'm done. Oh yeah I'm liking this idea a whole lot... hee hee hee
